Privacy policy
HouseDue helps you keep track of the appliances, vehicles and other things in your home, when each one is due for service, and the bills that go with them. It also lets you book service pros through HouseDue Pros. This policy covers the HouseDue app and the website housedue.in, and explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and how to delete it.
In this policy, “HouseDue”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of the HouseDue app and website. You can reach us at rabboniventures2026@gmail.com.
What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, call logs or advertising ID. HouseDue has no ads and we do not sell your data.
Where it is stored
When you are logged in, your data is stored on our servers, run on Supabase in its Mumbai (India) region, and a copy is kept on your device so the app works offline. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Only our server code can read the database. Login sessions use random tokens that expire after 60 days, and only a one-way hash of each token is stored.
If you use HouseDue without logging in, or explore the example homes, the data stays only on your device.
Who we share it with
- Service pros you book. The pro sees the job, your area and the preferred time. Your name and mobile are shown only to the pro who accepts the job.
- Homeowners see a pro's business name, areas, services and experience. A pro's mobile is shown to a homeowner only after the pro accepts that homeowner's job.
- Service providers that run HouseDue for us: Supabase (database and servers) and Vercel (hosts the website). Sign-in is handled by Google: Google tells us your name and email when you choose to sign in, and Google's own privacy policy applies to your Google account.
- The law. We may disclose data if required by law or a valid order from an authority.
Payments
HouseDue Pro and HouseDue Pros plans are paid through Google Play or another payment provider we tell you about at checkout. We do not see or store your card or bank details.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your account, homes, things, bills, photos, bookings and any pro listing are deleted from our servers straight away. The copy on your device is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.
Your choices and rights
- See and change your data in the app at any time.
- Download a copy from Account → Download a backup.
- Delete your account in the app from Account → Delete my account, or on the web at housedue.in/delete-account.html.
- Withdraw consent by deleting your account. You can also write to us with any question or complaint about your data.
We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For grievances, contact rabboniventures2026@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
HouseDue is meant for adults who manage a home. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell you in the app for any important change.
